We know how hard you work for your money and we realize what a step you have taken to committ to your class and art. We have literally taught thousands of people in our area that come from places as far as Australia and even Ireland to take our classes. We pride ourselves in keeping our costs as low as possible without sacrificing the quality that you deserve for the time and effort you put in. If you require further help from your instructor, you can schedule follow-up time at the instructor's nominal rate. Make this stunning Focal Clasp out of Fine Silver while learning to use mechanics to blend both form and function. Class Includes fine Silver PMC, Cz's, Use of 24Kt Gold Pen Plater, Patina Tutorial. wire and instructional handout. The prerequisite for this class should be a basic knowledge and work with Metal Clay. Project's final size is approximately silver dollar size. SATURDAY, April 20th, 10am-5pm

This class takes you through the three dimensional desgin and constuction of this pendant that features hollow construction, Unique Gemstone setting, and articulating bail. All PMC and Supplies are included, including 1.5 to 2.00mm CZ's. Prerequisite: Basic Knowlege and work with Metal Clay. Sunday, May 26th, 12-6pm

Using the Amazing Silhouette Digital Cutting System.
In your first session you will learn how to apply basic features of the Silhouette Software to learn how to cut elements out of "practice stock." You will use the first day to assemble your PMC+ sheet cut outs into this lovely pendant. The second day, you will assemble the hinged door and "finish" it on your own. the basics of the Silhouette Software to cut the pieces used to make this delicate locket. You will then spend the second session putting it together and will return for your fired piece. (Tuesday/Wednesday) 6-9pm, April 16 & 17.

Learn everything you ever wanted to know about Metal Clay but were afraid to ask. We take you from the Physics and History of PMC all the way to creating your very own hand-stamped pendant. We teach you how to gauge for shrinkage, make your own custom stamp, set a CZ gemstone, join dry pieces, kiln and torch fire, & patina. We even include a toolkit for you to keep for future classes! All silver PMC and supplies are included in the cost of the class. You just show up and we do the rest! long 2 hour Lunch Break for kiln firing. Saturday (9am-5pm) March 9
Learn several computer driven/digital methods of creating texture using your own photos (processed through Adobe Photoshop) and by creating your own digital images using Kaleidoscope Kreator Software. You will learn the tear-away method of creating low relief detailed texture plus learn how to create your own stamp using Photo polymer. You will also get a chance to create your own instant mold using our vacuum former! Lots to take away to make creations in Metal Clay! You will not be making a Metal Clay item in this class. Class is Saturday, March 23, from 12 - 5pm. Cost of class includes all supplies. Learn to take wire and trap a stone or cabochon to make a pendant! With a little know-how & practice, you will be making loads of these on your own! Cost of class includes wire (if the predominant wire is gold filled, then please add $10 to the price of the class (this will be collected after your class)). Please bring your own cabochon or stone (no larger than 1/4th of a dollar bill in size, we also have a complete stock of beautiful cabochons, both stone and glass to choose for an additional cost). Because not all gemstones will withstand the firing process, one must learn to gauge for the shrinkage that is a result of the firing process. This class will teach you how to deal with these issues and you can use our vast stock of stamps and textures to design your piece. Please bring a flat-backed cabochon no larger that a half-dollar coin in size. (We also have a complete stock of beautiful cabochons, both stone and glass to choose for an additional cost). All other materials and supplies are included Saturday (10am-5pm), May 18

Mix Electro-Chemistry & Form to make a unique piece coated and formed over with copper! The stick in this photo is electroformed (you will not be making the butterfly). Class will be in two sessions due to process: Part I: Sunday, (2-5pm) March 31st & Part II: Tues., Wenesday (6-8pm) April3rd . You will be required to come back for your piece as the process can take up to a week to process. Students must bring coral, shells, sticks, dry leaves, etc. (anything dry and not too large, please inquire) to prep for electroforming on. Limit one piece per student no larger than half the size of a credit card. Students may make additional pieces anytime for a nominal fee.

Learn how to take "Jury-Style" photographs that are desireable for submission to juried shows and exhibitions as well as useful for promotional and publication work. Bring your own camera and a USB stick in which we will upload your photos from our Digital SLR to your USB stick. We will also show you a few tricks in Adobe Photoshop Elements for processing your photos. Limited to two students per session. Sunday (2-6pm) March 17th
Learn to deal with shrinkage factors when sizing and fashioning a basic band ring. Texture can be used to add interest to your design (and we have plenty to choose from). You must have a basic understanding of Metal Clay technique in order to take this class. We will be working with the strongest type of fine silver clay (PMC3). If you have a basic metal clay toolkit, please bring it. 10g PMC Included in class fee. Class will be Sunday, April 21st, 1-5pm

Learn to add computer generated images to your metal to create life-like color on your metal clay. This process is tricky and we feel like we have definitely mastered the process! You will also have access to purchase a complete kit after class if you would like. PMC and Supplies included in cost of class. Schedule a private lesson today!
We love Hattie Sanderson's designs and use her stamps to create a box for use as a pendant or bracelet bead. Techniques you will learn are: box design and assembly, alignment & drilling. You will also learn a unique method for setting a gemstone in this class. All materials and supplies are included in the cost of this class. Please bring your own toolkit (or you may purchase one from us for $45).

Learn to incorporate all the latest professional techniques to make a lovely, strong, and secure bracelet. From stringing, design, and crimping, you will find you will be making more of these in a jiff! Cost of class includes Softflex stringing wire and crimps. Student must bring own beads & components (spacers, beadcaps, toggle or lobster clasp). TBD

From design, twisting of wire, and connecting the components, you will find that after practicing you will be on your way to creating many other similar items such as earrings, and necklaces! Using fine Japanese enamels, you will learn how to sift, clean, place and fire beautiful colored enamel onto a fine silver PMC piece (BYO piece made in PMC3 or Copper) while maintaining good safe enameling practices. All materials (with the exception of your piece) are included. Tuesday (6-9pm), May28th
Using compatable dichroic, opaque, and clear glass, you will learnthe basic physics of glass and how to cut, clean and layer glass into interesting pieces that upon firing will take your breath away. You will make between 3-6 cabochons in this class and will return at a later date for your pieces since they have to kiln-process. All glass & materials are included.
"The Fine Print:"
Class reservations are done on a "first come first serve basis. " Because we secure your instructor and materials and supplies well in advance of class, we cannot refund your class fee. In the rare ocassion that we cancel, we will refund you your class fee plus give you a 10% reduction in the class fee for your next class). We can only provide refunds for a class when you provide us with a confirmable Doctor's excuse that states your emergency. There is a $30 cancellation/rescheduling fee if notice given within 72 hours of class. Private lesson rescheduling fee is $50.
